Every musical journey within the Sanctuary has been lovingly created through original music, Solfeggio frequencies, positive affirmations, and years of creative work. This policy explains how these journeys and royalty-free sound waves may be enjoyed for personal use or licensed for commercial projects.

Two Types of Musical Journeys

The Musical Hypnosis Sanctuary offers two distinct categories of audio.

(Not Royalty-Free)

These journeys combine original meditation music with audible or subliminal affirmations, binaural beats, or isochronic tones.

Your purchase includes a personal listening license.

Commercial use is not included and requires a separate commercial license.

🌿 Royalty-Free Sound Waves

Our Royalty-Free Meditation Sound Waves collection—including Raw Solfeggio Binaural Beats and Raw Solfeggio Isochronic Tones—is licensed for commercial use under the Musical Hypnosis Royalty-Free License.

What Does Royalty-Free Mean?

A royalty-free license allows you to use eligible Musical Hypnosis Sound Waves commercially without paying ongoing royalties after purchasing the license.

The audio remains copyrighted by Musical Hypnosis.

The license grants permission to use the audio under the terms below. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Permitted Commercial Uses

Royalty-Free Sound Waves may be used for:

• Guided meditations
• Hypnosis recordings
• Positive affirmation recordings
• Spoken-word audio projects
• Podcasts
• YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, and other online videos (including monetized content)
• Films and documentaries
• Television productions
• Corporate presentations
• Educational materials
• Wellness programs
• Yoga classes
• Therapy sessions
• Spas
• Hotels
• Restaurants
• Personalized spoken-word recordings created for individual clients, provided those recordings are not redistributed by the client.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are not permitted for either Guided Musical Journeys or Royalty-Free Sound Waves:

• Redistributing the audio as standalone music or standalone sound waves.
• Selling, sharing, or giving away the original audio files.
• Claiming the music or sound waves as your own work.
• Modifying and redistributing the audio as a new music or sound product.
• Embedding the audio into software, mobile applications, or AI training datasets.
• Creating subliminal recordings without an audible spoken voice.

Attribution

While attribution is not always required, it is greatly appreciated and helps identify the original creator.

Royalty-Free licenses are granted indefinitely, provided the terms of this policy are followed.

Refund Policy

Because all products are delivered as digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.
