Musical Hypnosis Journeys containing original music, affirmations, or other complete original experiences are sold for personal listening only, unless a product specifically states otherwise.
They may not be:

Redistributed
Shared as downloadable files
Uploaded as your own work
Used in monetized or commercial projects
Modified and resold as a new product
These works remain copyrighted by Musical Hypnosis and M HaloStar.
4. Royalty-Free Frequency Journeys
Products specifically labeled Royalty-Free include a commercial-use license.
You may use eligible Royalty-Free Frequency Journeys within your own original creative projects and monetize those projects in perpetuity.
There are no ongoing royalty payments or renewal fees.
Royalty-free does not mean copyright-free.
You may create with the audio and monetize what you create, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original Musical Hypnosis audio itself.

5. Digital Purchases & Refunds
Because Musical Hypnosis products are digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable after the files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help.
6. Orders & Payments
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and account information when making a purchase.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, an error, or unauthorized activity.
