There are two types of audio in the Sanctuary:

Personal Musical Hypnosis Journeys

These include original music, affirmations, and other complete Musical Hypnosis experiences.

They are for personal listening only.

You may not:

Sell them

Share or redistribute them

Upload them as your own

Use them in monetized or commercial projects

Modify them and resell them

These journeys remain copyrighted by Musical Hypnosis and M HaloStar.

Royalty-Free Frequency Journeys

Products clearly labeled Royalty-Free may be used in your own personal or commercial projects.

You may:

Monetize your finished projects

Use them on YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, films, courses, meditations, wellness content, and other creative projects

Add your own music, voice, affirmations, narration, visuals, or other creative elements

Use them commercially for as long as you want

Your license is perpetual, which means it does not expire.

There are no ongoing royalties or renewal fees.

What You Cannot Do With Royalty-Free Audio

Royalty-free does not mean copyright-free.

You may not:

Resell the original Musical Hypnosis audio by itself

Share or give away the original files

Claim that you created the original audio

Upload the original audio to another stock, music, frequency, or download library

Use the audio to train AI models or datasets

The simple rule is:

You may create with it.

You may monetize what you create.

You may not resell or redistribute the original Musical Hypnosis audio itself.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required unless a product says otherwise.

Refunds

Because Musical Hypnosis products are digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable after the files have been downloaded, except where required by law.

Royalty-Free Frequency Journeys = commercial use and monetization allowed forever, with no ongoing royalties.
